Social responsibility
In November 2010, Nexia DK acceded to the Global Agreement of the United Nations Organization by which it expressed its intentions on support and promotion of 10 principles of the Global Agreement in the field of Human Rights, Labour Rights, Environmental Protection, and Fighting Corruption. Our Group of companies makes all reasonable efforts to implement principles and meet all requirements of GA UNO in full.
The basis of the corporate ethics of Nexia DK is responsibility, individual approach, mutual respect, and aspiration for creation of maximum value for a client. The company’s policy also involves a qualitative implementation of international standards in the field of labour protection and environmental protection for the possibility of their effective realization in practice. This policy favors improvement of customer service and assistance in developing own employees, at the same time diminishing adverse influence on the environment.
Three main directions are worth distinguishing among priorities of corporate responsibility of our Group. First of all, these are our employees – the most valuable asset that we strive to develop and support in every possible way. Our staff is a team of upholders consisting of experts with extensive experience and young prospective specialists who are future of our Group of companies. Respectively, the basis of our staff policy is involvement in cooperation of highly qualified specialists and providing great opportunities for development of young talents.
The second priority that is not less important – are our clients and business partners. We our proud that our clients are companies-leaders in such fields as oil, gas, coal, woodworking industry, electric power industry, construction, water supply, wholesale and retail sale, hotel industry, and investment. Among them there are companies both with Ukrainian and foreign capital. We offer our clients the best professional services that differ by innovativeness, high demands for quality and drive for satisfaction of various needs of customers.
The third priority of our corporate responsibility is society. It is not possible to work in the auditing and consulting business and not be involved in the activity related to upbringing of young leaders, assistance in development of new generation of ambitious and talented specialists, support of the society in the field of education, science, and environmental protection.
We always search for optimal economic activity, development of employees, implementation of social projects, and protection of environment with a view to ensure higher level of welfare for our country and citizens. This report is the first document by which we certify to the society our loyalty to principles of sustainable development and social responsibility.
