Our history
Spring 2001:
Actual beginning of professional activities of the team of auditors, who will afterwards establish the independent auditing company DK – Ukraine.
From the very beginning of professional activities, we have focused on servicing medium and big business, and rendering services to companies with foreign investments.
Spring 2002:
Our auditors and tax consultants start actively working with power supply enterprises.
As a result, half of all power supply companies in Ukraine has become our clients..
February 2003:
The independent auditing company DK – Ukraine is established and included in All-Ukrainian Register of Auditing Firms and Auditors.
The motto of auditors and consultants “Your audit and consulting”.
Autumn 2004:
The Kyiv office of the independent auditing company DK – Ukraine began running its activity.
We pay a lot of attention to upgrading the proficiency level of our employees, ensuring stability, and giving the possibilities for self-advancement.
Autumn 2005:
DK – Ukraine becomes the first Ukrainian independent auditing company included in the List of auditing companies accepted by the Bank HVB Ukraine.
Responsibility, individual approach, the aspiration for being of maximum benefit for our clients, and mutual respect is the basis of our corporate ethics.
January 2006:
DK – Ukraine among the very first Ukrainian auditing companies which insures its professional risks with the insurance company INGO – Ukraine with the participation of the international insurance broker MARSH.
We do everything to meet high standards and justify confidence and expectations of our clients.
Summer 2006:
The independent auditing company DK – Ukraine is ranked four in the Transparency Rating of auditing companies of Ukraine based on results of 2005 of the Rating agency Expert-Rating.
The independent auditing company DK – Ukraine becomes the member of the National ІРО Committee (Initial Public Offering).
In our work we focus on establishing long-term partner relationships.
Autumn 2006:
DK – Ukraine has officially obtained the status of the nominee candidate for membership in the International Association of auditors, business experts and consultants NEXIA International (included in top ten world auditing and consulting companies and associations).
Already at the beginning of 2007 our auditors successfully passed the quality control review and obtained the status of the member of NEXIA International.
December 2007:
The independent auditing company DK – Ukraine becomes an official partner of the Rating agency Expert Rating in the publication of the analytical manual “ІРО from А to Z: manual for the issuer”.
The analytical manual is the unique source of information for prospective ІРО participants providing a lot of useful and practical information about ІРО, and is equally helpful for both issuers and professional market players.
