Valuation activities are performed by the company on the basis of the Certificate of the subject of valuation activities at the following trends:
- Valuation of objects having tangible form;
- Valuation of integral property complexes, shares, securities, property rights and intangible assets, including valuation of rights to the intellectual property objects and registered certificates of valuators.
- Evaluation of land plots
All types of work are performed by certified valuators in compliance with both national and international valuation standards.

- integral property complexes, corporate rights and business on the whole (purchase/sale, preparation of the financial statements, pledge);
- securities (shares, bonds, promissory notes);
- commercial real estate, including office centers, shopping malls, supermarkets, logistic complexes, objects under construction;

- machines and equipment for various purposes, including production lines, construction equipment and road-building machinery;
- intellectual property objects and intangible assets, including trade marks.
