Business processes

Today’s view on the company management is that this work shall be considerably focused  on business processes. It presupposes a systematic identification of  processes and their management, particularly -  management of personal interaction within the framework of separate processes and the organization on the whole. This approach, called  Business Process Management (BPM), allows to increase considerably the level of transparency and  manageability of business, as well as  to improve its basic indices (cost, time, quality, level of customers’ satisfaction, expenses and the like).

We help our customers to  implement the process-oriented approach  to management on the basis of  BPM concept. With this, we describe or  simulate the existing processes with the purpose of  deeper understanding  of their designation, revealing and eliminating existing drawbacks (optimization of business processes). In some cases, when the organization is in need of dramatic changes, we develop  the business process reengineering program  and help the client to implement it.
