Advisory services in the area of corporate finance and financial management, provided by the company DK-Consulting, being the member of the Group of companies “Nexia DK. Auditors and Consultants”, assist in solving the following two blocks of issues:
Firstly, devising and implementating the development strategy of the financial department in a company. Advisory services in this block are to support top managers who are responsible for the financial issues, to assess the current standing and to set priority tasks that the financial department has. Based on the determined priorities we assist in developing and implementing the plan of measures concerning providing organizational, functional and methodological readiness of the financial department of the company to resolve its tasks.
Secondly, task solution related to making investment decisions and decisions on constructing the optimal structure of the financial sources of the company. We perform analysis and provide the Board of Directors or other management units of the company with an independent and objective assessment of the financial consequences of making respective investment decisions or decisions on activity of the company . If needed, we develop and provide the management of the company with our own recommendations concerning the selection of investment and financial strategies that are optimal from the point of view of corporate finance.
