Evaluation of the management potential of managers
The Group of companies "Nexia DK. Auditors and Consultants" performs complex testing of managers of the client with the purpose of defining their potential for realization of set tasks. Unlike other methods, we do not only focus on competences and professional skills of managers, but also reveal their personal position, diagnose drawbacks in management positions projecting, and help in optimization of the system of power delegation.
The method «Potential 16», developed by our company, helps to evaluate the existing management potential of the client’s managers with the help of questionnaires and evaluation of answers in four columns:
- powers and support of a manager in the organization;
- level of responsibility for the result;
- competences of a manager (his professional skills, knowledge and experience);
- personal position of a manager, his attitude towards the organization and his own work.
According to the concept of this method, there are 16 types of managers who are defined by combination of various values of four basic parameters in the matrix «Potential 16». Each type has its own characteristics, and recommendations for adjustment of the existing management potential can be formulated for each of them.
